Core supports with care
As a registered NDIS provider, Rehabilitation Support Services has over 20 years of expertise in supporting the people of Perth, Western Australia. We have specialised experience with acquired brain injury, spinal cord injury, psychosocial disability and intellectual disability in delivering care and core supports in community settings. We support Participants funded by the NDIS, Insurance Commission of WA, the Public Trustee and Private Trustees and are proudly Western Australian owned and operated.

Social and Community Participation
Wherever you want to go, our support workers will support you to get there.
Assistance with daily living
Our support workers will enable you to live as independently as you can.
Transport
If you need support to get where you need to go to achieve your goals, our support workers can assist with your transport needs.
Personal care
We can provide support with all aspects of your personal care including hygiene, toileting, eating, drinking and mobility.
