About us

Rehabilitation Support Services have been empowering our Participant’s to lead purposeful, fulfilling lives that align with their goals for over 20 years.

Rehabilitation Support Services is part of Network Rehabilitation Group, which also includes Network Case Management Services.

Rehabilitation Support Services was initially established, to provide attendant care to Network Case Management Services clients only. Over time however, this has been expanded to include a wide variety of referral pathways. Historically the group has specialised in the areas of Acquired Brain Injury, Spinal Cord Injury, Intellectual Disability, Psychosocial Disability and continues to work in these key areas today.

Whilst our history is linked with hospital rehabilitation supports, our present is very much linked with the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) along with supporting the Insurance Commission of Western Australia (ICWA), The Public Trustee and Private Trustee clients. Rehabilitation Support Services provide support workers to empower adults from all over the Perth metropolitan area of Western Australia to live their best lives.

Our Purpose

We empower people to lead purposeful, fulfilling lives that align with their goals.

Our Values

We Recognise the Value of Respect

We are respectful of everyone’s views and opinions, even if we may not agree. We take the time to get to know our colleagues and our Participants, and work to build and sustain relationships with genuine care and compassion.

We make a Meaningful Difference

We are passionate and creative in finding solutions to overcome challenges and obstacles, and always keep the individual’s unique needs in mind. We provide reliable and responsive services that build trust and hope in vulnerable individuals.

We Are Ethical

We demonstrate high levels of professionalism and accountability in our dealings with our colleagues, Participants, and other service providers. We provide services that are valuable, meaningful, and cost effective to our Participants. We pride ourselves on always taking the responsible course of action, especially in challenging situations where there is a lot at stake.

We work in Collaboration

We communicate clearly and openly and encourage the sharing of information, resources, and feedback with each other, our Participants and all their care team. We make the effort to consult with our internal and external teams in a meaningful manner and make decisions in partnership with one another.

Brett and Davinia Costello

Brett and Davinia Costello have been supporting individuals with Acquired Brain Injury, Spinal Injury, Intellectual disability, and Psychosocial disability since purchasing the business in 2011 from Janice Roberts, who established the business in 1999. Jan’s background in Nursing and Social Work lent itself to supporting those that required Case Management supports due to their complex rehabilitation needs. Jan was passionate about social justice for all, especially those whom she saw as being disadvantaged and having no voice. Jan’s ethos resonated with Brett and Davinia, and they continue Jan’s legacy of empowerment and social justice through their business to this day.

Brett and Davinia bring their respective Physiotherapy and Psychology backgrounds to their roles as Owners, Directors, and Specialist Support Coordinators of Network Rehabilitation Group. They stay connected with supporting Participants by maintaining active caseloads across both arms of the Network Rehabilitation Group (Rehabilitation Support Services and Network Case Management Services).

Network Rehabilitation Group is a proud family owned and run business, where the Directors take an active daily role in the delivery of services.
